I'm a simple and straight forward guy, that's why my motto is “simple is better” when it comes to style, fashion and watches. And same rule should apply to replica watches sites as well. My review of Idolreplicas.net was disappointing, not only because I received a broken Bell & Ross replica, but the customer support agent was very rude and not helpful.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
The Bell & Ross replica was at least working, not like other replica watches I received so far. But the damage of this watch was too big to have it fixed by myself, that's why I returned it. As you can see from the picture, one pin was missing; the watch got moisture inside and fogged up. It's really a shame cause this was one of the few Bell & Ross replica watches with the right back inscription I've seen in a while.
The Site: Usability and Design
The site doesn't look professional at all; there are a lot of promotions and banners on the main page and you cannot know for sure if the promotions are applied if you buy only watches or for all their products.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
The Live support is always offline and there's no phone line. You would think that a site this big, with “over 116.000 happy customers since 2006” would have at least a phone number and more than one customer support agent.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
They state on their site that shipping takes 7-10 working day but my watch arrived in 15 working days.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
When I asked the return address, Andrew told me that “the watch has suffered physical damage caused by the Custom”, therefore my return is not approved. Going back and forward for a few days with this issue, he finally gave up and told me what I needed to hear. Of course they won't refund the shipping fee but I'm okay with that.
The Bottom Line
I only bought one Bell & Ross replica from this site and I wouldn't try other replica watches. In fact, I won't try any of their products and I suggest you do the same.
